Terms of Conditions

by commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service below:Client will provide a quality reference photo and details of the expected outcome.
Artist will provide sketch and work in progress (WIP),
minor revisions are FREE but major revisions will have additional fee.Artist have the right to refuse or decline any commissions.
Auto decline artworks request that contains or showing Violence, NSFW, Nudity, Gore.Artwork is strictly for personal use only.
Printing is allowed, but do not remove or crop watermark and do not claim the artwork as your own work.
The Client may NOT distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the Commission
unless Client indicated commission is for commercial use. Commercial use have additional fee.By commissioning the Artist, you agree to purchase the artist's labor and a digital copy of their work only. The artist retains all rights to any commissioned artwork as their intellectual property and
reserves the right to use them to promote themselves or their brand.

Payment

Payment must be sent via Gcash/Paypal. Send a screenshot of payment.
Full or 50% Non-refundable down payment must be given to start the commission,
the remaining balance must be paid before I send the final artwork.
Refunds and cancellations are only allowed if I have not started working on the commission.

DEAdline and flexibility

Commission is first come first draw. Artist will inform when the sketch will start.
Rush commission will have additional fee.

Final Artwork

Regardless traditional or digital commission, artwork/files will be sent to email of highest resolution with artist watermark. Shipping will be handled by client if needs to be delivered.
